We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality office and school stationery products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue through our structured return and exchange process.

By purchasing products from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return request.

1. Strict “No Refund-Only” Principle

At Low Cost Stationery Limited, we enforce a strict No Refund-Only Policy. We do not issue monetary refunds, store credits, or product replacements under any circumstances if the physical merchandise remains in the customer’s possession.

To qualify for a refund or a replacement, the purchased items must be physically returned to our designated return facility in Ireland. We do not reward or accommodate requests for “refunds without return,” regardless of the reason cited, including claims of item defects, ordering errors, or delivery delays. If you wish to receive your money back, you must ship the physical products back to us first. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a physical return and subsequent evaluation for a refund, you must ensure that all the following conditions are strictly met:

  • Return Window: You must initiate the return process and ship the items back within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received the merchandise.
  • Product Condition: The stationery items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging, including all original labels, tags, boxes, and protective wrapping.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or online order confirmation number issued by lowcoststationery.com to verify your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Customized or Personalized Goods: Any stationery products, notebook engravings, or corporate printing orders that were custom-made to your specific instructions.
  • Clearance and Sale Items: Products clearly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or purchased during specific liquidations cannot be returned.
  • Bulk Promotional Orders: Special wholesale or promotional bundle packs cannot be partially or fully returned once opened.
  • Perishable or Sensitive Items: Goods that deteriorate rapidly or items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process and Instructions

If your items meet all eligibility requirements and you agree to physically return the goods, please follow the mandatory step-by-step process below:

Step 1: Request Authorization

Do not ship items back to our address without prior authorization. You must first contact our customer support team by emailing sunnyd@lowcoststationery.com or calling +353 91 722064. In your request, please provide your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Receive RMA Approval

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the definitive return shipping address instructions.

Step 3: Securely Package and Ship

Pack the stationery securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Mail the package to our corporate facility:

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are solely responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your items. Return shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that we will receive your returned item. If a return package is lost in transit by the courier service before reaching our facility in Galway, we cannot process your return, and no refund will be issued since the physical goods were not received.

6. Inspection and Processing of Refunds

Once your return package is delivered to our warehouse, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection by our quality assurance team to verify its condition and contents.

  • Approval or Rejection Notice: Upon completing the physical inspection, we will send you an email via sunnyd@lowcoststationery.com to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment.
  • Processing Timeline: Please allow between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the financial institution to post the transaction back to your bank account or card balance.
  • Rejected Returns: If the items are found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging, the refund will be rejected. In such cases, the items can be shipped back to you at your own expense, or they will be destroyed.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, physically damaged, or completely different from what you ordered, our strict No Refund-Only Policy still firmly applies.

We will gladly rectify our mistake, but we require you to return the defective or incorrect merchandise to us first. Upon receiving and verifying the incorrect or damaged product at our Galway location, we will provide you with a choice of:

  1. A full refund of the purchase price via your original payment method.
  2. A brand-new replacement item shipped to you at zero additional cost.

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse standard return postage costs only for verified defective or incorrect items upon receiving the physical package.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received an official approval email from us but have not yet seen the refund in your bank account, please perform the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement thoroughly once more.
  2. Contact your credit card company or banking institution directly. It often takes some internal processing time before a refund is officially posted to your balance.
